Yusuke Nomura of "Shojin Cuisine Daigo", who also produces "ATAGO" in Shibuya SUANAS, will be holding a pop-up in Toranomon Yokocho for a limited time from September 26th to October 13th.
Under the name "DAIGO by Yusuke Nomura," we offer dishes that pursue the deliciousness of vegetables.
The menu changes day and night, with curry available for takeout during the day, and ramen at night, which is a perfect accompaniment to drinks.
We recommend the new "Cacao and Hazelnut Curry"!
It is characterized by its bitter and stimulating flavor.
