From September 1, 2023, our "Vegan Curry with Fruits and Spices" will be adopted as an in-flight meal menu for ANA's international first class and business class.

This product is a curry developed under the supervision of Yusuke Nomura, the 4th generation owner of Shojin Cuisine Daigo, which has been awarded two Michelin stars for 16 consecutive years. In addition to being made with , it does not use any chemical seasonings, refined sugar, or gluten, so it was adopted this time because it can respond to a wide range of food diversity.

We also handle retort pouches for business, so we are looking forward to hearing from companies that are considering handling this product.
